All sponsorships are donations for educational benefit to WAPP members and not considered fees or other types of charges. Furthermore:

• All sponsorships must be fully paid in advance before stated deadlines.
• All sponsorship funds shall be used for WAPP or WAPP-related programs or shall be of potential benefit to WAPP and its members as determined by WAPP.
• The presence of a sponsor at any WAPP event or on any WAPP publication does not imply endorsement of the company or product. Furthermore, preference will not be given to any company by WAPP or its members for providing a sponsorship nor shall there be expectations or guarantees of WAPP or its members to do business with any company because a sponsorship was provided to WAPP.
• No sponsorships from tobacco or alcohol suppliers will be accepted.
• No sponsorships of religious nature or containing political content will be accepted.
• Sponsors must be in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bureau of Procurement.
• Sponsorships that may cause conflict of interest with WAPP programs will be discussed with the WAPP Executive Board. Unresolved conflicts may result in sponsorships being refused or pulled. If a sponsorship is pulled by WAPP for any reason, the sponsor shall be relieved of liability for payment of a pro-rated amount of the stated donation or amounts outstanding or yet to be paid as a result of WAPP’s action.
  • If a sponsor decides to withdraw their sponsorship that’s already been paid prior to the start date of the sponsorship period, refund will be subject to the discretion of the Sponsorship Committee.
  • The Sponsorship Committee, Expo Committee and/or the WAPP Executive Board shall otherwise have the right to approve or deny any sponsorship request.
• WAPP will have sole and absolute discretion with respect to interpretation and enforcement of this policy and all other issues associated with sponsorships with WAPP.
• WAPP’s sponsorship program, fees and policies are subject to change and may be revised periodically.
  

*Sponsorship requests are subject to the WAPP Sponsorship Guidelines and Conditions listed above.

**WAPP anticipates hosting 5 webinars/conferences per year.  Sponsor Spotlights are on a first-come first-serve basis once the webinar/conference is announced and only 1 sponsor spotlight will be offered per webinar/conference.  WAPP makes no guarantee that your company will be featured for a Sponsor Spotlight given the limited webinars/conferences that may be offered in a year.
