Wisconsin Association for Public Procurement (WAPP)

The Wisconsin Association for Public Procurement (WAPP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the professional growth and competence of its members through continuing education, certification and networking.

Our membership comprises the best minds in state, city, county, school districts, colleges and university public sector procurement. We are a diverse group of nearly 200 members who seek to elevate the role of purchasing and promote the integrity of the profession. As responsible stewards of public funds, our civic duty is to work for the common goals of good government.

History

WAPP was established in 1943 and became a chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) in 1976. View the certificate presented to WAPP by NIGP, recognizing our 45th anniversary as an NIGP chapter.
